In the diocesan museum of Cortona there is the Passerini hanging , which is a splendid example of hand-made Florentine textile dating back to the first quarter of the 16th century. Alice Comunelli, historian will guide our visit and disclose the details of the style and techniques of the piece: The story of who ordered it and why, the Passerini family of Cortona and its ties with Pope Leone X.

The appointment is at Cortona at 3p.m. Outside the museum, Piazza Duomo 1.
